Let's Be Mermaids

 

Hi Crafty Friends!

It has been in the triple digits here for the past few days.  I am ready for autumn weather and Halloween.  However, this heat reminded me of a fun summer project I made a few months ago for a very sweet friend of a traveler's notebook style mini album/journal.

I used the Mermaid Birthday Anya stamp from The Greeting Farm.   I also used the Lawn Fawn Stitched wave (as of the published date of this post, it's currently 50% off on Amazon) and Spring Showers cutting dies.  I bedazzled the seabed with lots of sequins and pearls - I love how it turned out! I forgot to take photos of the inside, but I'll share a "craft with me" or tutorial soon of something similar.  But take my word, it's mer-mazing!
